Hi, I’m Helen.
I know what it feels like to want to lose body fat and tone up — I’ve been there. For years, I yo-yo dieted and jumped between swimming, kettlebells, and cardio machines… with little to show for it.
Everything changed when I discovered strength training and a flexible way of eating that fit my lifestyle. The results were incredible !
Now, I help people just like you avoid the mistakes I made. My job is to tailor your training and nutrition so you can get results while still enjoying your life.

Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! You can choose between the Home Edition (dumbbells only) or the Gym Edition. Both give you 3–4 workouts per week that fit your schedule.
What if I miss a week?
Life happens — holidays, kids, busy weeks at work. That’s why Project 8 includes flexible training and weekly check-ins. You’ll never “fail” for missing a workout — we simply adjust and keep you moving forward.
Is there a strict diet to follow?
Not at all. You’ll get a simple, flexible nutrition approach with an optional meal plan if you like structure. You can still enjoy meals out, family dinners, and even a drink — especially with the bonus Eating Out Guide.
I’m a beginner — is Project 8 for me?
Absolutely. Everything is explained clearly with exercise demos, progress tracking, and ongoing support. Many of our clients started with little to no training experience.
What if I’ve already been training for years?
Project 8 isn’t just for beginners — it’s designed to help you break plateaus, fine-tune your nutrition, and get accountability that drives results. Even experienced clients benefit from structure and feedback.
How much time will I need each week?
Most workouts take 30–45 minutes, 2-4 times per week. Add your daily steps and weekly check-in, and you’re set — all designed to fit around a busy life
What happens after 8 weeks?
You’ll have the option to:
Roll into Project 4 — a shorter 4-week reset to keep momentum
Repeat Project 8 if you want another full transformation phase
Or continue into long-term coaching if you’re ready to go all in

Many diets are based on will power rather than healthy habits you can incorporate into your daily life.They focus on rules rather than Lifestyle. I like to work closely with each of one of my clients to ensure they can enjoy flexible ways of eating rather than over restricting. See recipe section for an insight of just some of the recipes we
