BERRY CHEESECAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:

25 almond Almonds

1⁄2cup Blueberries raw

1⁄22tsp Vanilla extract

1⁄4cup Cooked oatmeal or rolled oats without salt

1cup Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2cup Almond milk unsweetened fortified

1packet Zero calorie sweetener

458 Cal/serving Protein 35g, Carbs 36g, Fat g2

in a bowl or jar, combine berries, and vanilla and

mash with a fork. Add oats, cotage cheese, and almond milk, and stir to combine.

 Refrigerate for at least 6hours, and top with chopped almonds
