CHICKEN SALAD WITH APPLE AND CRANBERRY

Ingredients:  

2 tbsp chopped Onions red raw

1⁄4 cup Cranberries sweetened dried

6tablespoon Mayonnaise light or lite

1⁄2cup Diced celery 1medium, about 2.5"

diameter Apples with skin

6 slice, small (2" x 2-1/2" x1-

3/4") French vienna or sourdough bread 2tsp Lemon juice raw

3leaf outer Lettuce green leaf raw

11⁄2 cup, chopped or diced

Chicken breast roasted meat only skinless

1⁄4 cup, chopped Walnuts raw

 In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, cranberry,

finely diced celery, diced red onion, diced apple.

In a cup or small bowl, combine mayonnaise, the 

lemon juice, salt and pepper.
